Meet Kevin

Kevin Schmidt has been in the mortgage business since 1993. A native Oregonian, Kevin grew up in Southern Oregon and graduated from the University of Oregon where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing. Kevin prides himself on providing the expertise needed in today’s environment, excellent service, and keeping his clients updated throughout the process. As a result, most of his business is generated from referral partners and/or past clients. Kevin’s hobbies include real estate, running, general fitness, coaching Little League, and following the SF Giants and Oregon Ducks. Kevin and his wife Lynette have two children and he has enjoyed helping coach their various sports teams throughout the years.
