Meet Brett

I am a native Portlander, Mortgage Loan Originator, Firefighter/Paramedic, husband of 15 years to my high school sweetheart, and father of four! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing the drums, hiking, biking, camping, working on house projects, and hobby farming with my chickens and goats.

After 14 years as an EMT, Paramedic, and Firefighter, I decided to take on a mortgage banking career as well. Over the last few years, I have found that the life of a Firefighter and Mortgage Banker has more parallels than I expected. I know that buying or refinancing a home is an exciting time but can also be a complicated and stressful process. I am no stranger to stressful situations and my core value of helping people through them remains true.

I understand that owning a home is one of the biggest personal and financial accomplishments a person can achieve and that the process to get to that point looks different for everyone. I am looking forward to getting to know you, learning your specific scenario, offering guidance, and working as your advocate while navigating your homebuying or refinancing process to make it as smooth as possible for you. I am excited to help you reach your mortgage goals!
